Music & Movies: Lady Bird / The Soundwriters
Saturday, Oct 10th @ 7:15 pm
Introducing the Music & Movies series LIVE at the Paramount Theatre! Where your local favourite bands take the stage and perform before a curated film of their choice.
Launch night kicks off with indie-pop duo The Soundwriters live on stage, followed by a special screening of one of their favourite films—Greta Gerwig’s acclaimed Lady Bird (2017).
About The Soundwriters
The Soundwriters are an indie/pop duo from Kamloops, BC, and also a real life couple! Sam (the Sound) and Emma (the Writer) make music that feels fresh and exciting, but also like a hug from an old friend. It’s cool, it’s cozy, it’s real. Check out their album ‘Better Than Before’ for more!
