Deanna Milligan is a Canadian actor and filmmaker specializing in genre storytelling and analog film. Ramsey Fendall is a veteran cinematographer, director, and editor whose work has screened at TIFF, SXSW, and MoMA. Together, they co-founded the Victoria-based production company Sublunar Films.
