Visit the Sim’ya Ukrainian Society Cultural Table!
Before the film and during intermission, stop by the Sim’ya Ukrainian Society table to explore a collection of Ukrainian cultural artifacts, traditional clothing, handcrafted items, historical displays, and information about Ukrainian heritage and local programs. Our volunteers will be happy to answer questions, share stories, and introduce you to the rich traditions of Ukrainian culture.
Cinema Passport is dedicated to celebrating global culture and international cinema through curated monthly screenings all year long.
Created by the Kamloops Film Society, this dynamic year-round series brings the world to our local screens through a carefully curated selection of international cinema. Each month, Cinema Passport offers our community a unique opportunity to experience diverse perspectives, rich cultural traditions, and powerful storytelling from every corner of the globe.
All films screened in their original language with English subtitles.
It’s a wallet-sized passport where you collect a stamp for every film of the Cinema Passport series that you attend, to unlock multiple rewards!
